This is the Arado AR-234 kit by Hasagawa. It is the night fighter version of this unique jet aircraft. | |||

The cockpit is very detailed for Injection molded kits and very good model in itself. I believe there are over 20 pieces for the pilot cockpit alone. |

The radar operator sits in a small section just behind the wing facing backwards. | ||

This is the main gear wheel well. To back most of it will be covered up when the two halves go together. | |||

There are some minor fit issues between the cockpit and fuselage, but I can't say if it was the kit or the builder (leaning towards the builder). |

It is now ready of a base coat of alum paint. | ||
